A great chat with Diego, the Co-Founder and CEO of Frío Sparkling Water, and Senior Consultant for the Dubai CrossFit® Championship.

He shared with us his journey in discovering his passion for the fitness industry and how it led him to move to the Gulf and start his own business, Frío.

He also talked about the challenges of balancing his business and taking care of his health along the way.

It is difficult to understand or make sense of the events and experiences that happen in our lives as they are happening, but looking back, we can see how all of these events and experiences connect and lead us to where we are today.
